As your divorce coach, I am trained to be your thinking partner, your support person. I'm here just for you. I can support and guide you through some of the big decisions you are going to need to make.
Maybe you know what you need to do, or perhaps it's the overwhelm of separation and all that's required legally and financially for your divorce, or the relentlessness of parenting on your own. Maybe you were blind sighted by your ex and you never saw divorce coming. Or maybe you left, but you had no idea of what separation and the divorce journey would look like on your own and whilst you made the decision you are also grieving for what could have been.
Or do you need help focussing at work, is it your demanding role, your highly stressful job that's feeling taxing and just too much to manage. How do you cope with work demands coupled with all that is going on in your personal life, but you have no choice you have to hang in there, you need this job to survive.

I'm here to listen to you, I will hear your issues, your concerns for your kids, your worries for your future, your fear around your finances. I'm here for you to lean into me, whilst we gently start to build your strength back up, build up your resilience to not just survive this journey.
